El 23 de Marzo de 2011 la Comunidad de Paz San José de Apartadó denunció ante el país y el mundo la ejecución extrajudicial de BERNARDO RÍOS LONDOÑO, de 27 años,

Open Letter to French citizenship and international

an affront to reason

the undersigned, strongly reject the decision of the Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Metz (ENIM), which has a guest professor Alvaro Uribe Velez, president of Colombia between 2002 and 2010 and has delivered a doctorate honoris causa engineer, lending his character as legitimate a political question and as close to the harshest crime in Colombia [1] [2].
